Preparing you for life, classes typically consist of general warm up,  specific warm up, strength work then a workout and cool down. But don’t expect this every time. we don’t like routine. We also offer a 45min lunch time class.

Range Of Motion Workout Of the Day. Daily videos designed to increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity.

 

pregnancy and postpartum

A focused approach to meet the needs of people who are pregnant or who have had a baby. Sessions will generally either be Crossfit based, circuit based or flexibility based. We’ll ensure you are working within the safe realms of your health. 

Team Games

Because who want to suffer alone! (JOKE) Team Games will be partner or group workouts. Following a similar format to CrossFit classes,  the real focus is starting everyones weekends the right way, getting sweaty!
